No matter what kind of project we are working on with you, there are a few things about our company's processes that will help streamline our ability to work together. We've put together some documentation below which will help you understand how to navigate the site and use the features that will be necessary to use.
User Login Credentials
Please click on the below question for more information. Your username and password credentials should have been provided to you when they were created. If not, please Contact Us.
Logging In
In order to login, hover over the "Account" menu item and then click "Login"
From there, you will need to enter your username and password credentials in the available form.
Logging Out
If you are already logged in and want to log out of your account, please hover over the "Account" menu item and select "Logout"
Changing Your Password
If you would like to change your password, you must be logged in and the hover over the "Account" menu item and then select "Edit Password"
Forgot Username
If you forgot your username and therefore can't login, please go to "Forgot Username" from the Login Page. From there, you will be able to enter your email address and retrieve your username.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your username and therefore can't login, please go to "Forgot Password" from the Login Page. From there, you will be able to enter your email address and reset your password.
Support Tickets
At System X Designs, we use a Support Ticket system for any of the requests that our customers have. There are many reasons for this, but the primary reason is for organization purposes. By submitting a support ticket with a request or issue, it can easily be assigned to the correct team member on our staff so that it can be quickly and efficiently addressed and resolved. This allows our team to stay organized and allows you to get the support you need in an expedited time frame. Once a ticket is entered, it will be assigned to the correct team member and addressed accordingly. You will receive follow-up replies and email notifications so that you know exactly what the status is regarding your issue, and when it is completed it will be "closed" out.
Viewing Support Tickets
To view your Support Tickets, you must be logged in and then hover over "Account" and click on "Support Tickets" and from there you will see a list of your support tickets. Simply click on any Ticket Name and you'll be directed to all of the details of that ticket.
Entering a Support Ticket
Submitting a ticket is easy, and is outlined below:
Once logged in, hover over "Account" and then click on "Submit Support Ticket" and then you can fill out the Support Ticket Form.
Each Support Ticket will have to have the following fields:
- Department: choose the company and/or department pertinent to the ticket
- Subject: the topic of the support ticket
- Message: the actual request within the ticket, with as much detail, links, screen shots, etc. as possible so that we know exactly what you need
- Attachments: where you can attach screen shots, documents, spread sheets, etc.
- Priority: the urgency of the ticket
- Consent Textbox: something stupid that had to be added because of the European Union's privacy laws... Sorry...
From there you click "Submit" and once received, we'll look into it and get it resolved!
Invoices
With our online invoicing system, you can keep track of all of your invoices, quotes, and payments when you are logged into your account!
Viewing Invoices
Once logged in, hover over the "Account" menu item and click on "View Invoices" to see a full list of your invoices, quotes, and payments.
Invoice Overview
Your over screen will have a listing of all of your invoices, payments, and quotes listed out as follows. Clicking on the magnifying glass will allow you to preview the invoice, the middle icon will open the invoice in a new window, and the envelope icon will email you the invoice.
Invoice Details Screen
If you click on the middle icon to view the invoice's details, you will be directed to a screen with all of the information regarding that invoice. Note at the bottom that you can view payment details from previous payments or you can complete payments as needed.
If you need to pay an invoice, that would appear under Pending Payments. Note that you will have two options to pay invoices, either by check or by Credit Card (PayPal).
