What makes System X Designs different than any other website design company?
First and foremost- our attention to detail pertaining to our customers' needs. We don't want you to do business with us because you are locked in some contract... We want you to do business with us because you are fully satisfied with the performance of our work.
It has been our experience that there are primarily a few different types of website design companies: - First, there's the guy that has built three sites in his life, then did one for a friend and now he bids on projects for some side income.
- Second, there's the company from a middle-eastern country that bids on projects solely on price.
- Third, there's the fly-by-night company that spends a very short time in the industry, or that actually specializes in another industry and has website design as "second focus" for customers.
- Lastly, there's the monster company that charges an arm and a leg with more clients than they could possibly hope to service.
Then there's System X Designs. Our team has well over 25 years of collective experience in the industry, and we have successfully done business at all levels. We aren't the "new kid on the block" with website design hoping to make a fast buck, but rather an efficiently organized team that specializes in project management. At System X Designs, we strive to fully understand the scope of our customers' projects. We will walk you through the options, provide feedback and ideas, and ask questions to ensure that we have a complete understanding of the goals that you are trying to reach with your website.
We have worked with various companies ranging from one-man start-ups and small consulting firms, to $200M companies with hundreds of employees. We have worked with government agencies, law firms, personal blogs, and everything in between. In short- no matter the size and scope of your project, we feel confident that we can provide you with a completely custom website solution that will exceed your expectations. "How much does it cost to get my website up and running for my business?"
That's usually the first question that companies ask when they are undertaking a new project. Many website design companies will often times try to lump your project into one of a few pricing classifications, saying that they have "Small Business" pricing plans, "Medium Business" pricing plans, and "Big Business" plans... We, however- feel that to classify your business into one of these categories might be a gross injustice. You might want some of the capabilities of the "Big Business" plan even though you're actually a very small business. That's exactly why we don't offer "standard" pricing. We don't do "standard" work, so there's no way to give you a set price before we know the scope of your project. In order for us to be able to come up with a cost for your project, we prefer to get involved in knowing exactly what your project will include. "Will you need a completely new website or a re-build of an existing site? Will you need a large hosting package or will a more affordable package work?" This is the kind of information that we want to have instead of trying to force your business into some "solution package" that isn't right for you. In order to help us understand your project, it is beneficial for us if you fill out THIS form so that we might get some insight into your expectations before our initial meeting. Then we will meet with you to get a much better feel for your expectations and your project needs.

"Can System X Designs meet my deadline?"
Generally speaking, our projects are estimated to take 30-45 days. With that being said, we can certainly accommodate other circumstances. If you're in a time-crunch, explain the deadline circumstances to us and we'll be happy to discuss possible solutions for you. Other times we have customers who will have ongoing needs for marketing consulting, updated content, new pictures/videos, etc. In these situations, we aim to remain flexible and creative with ways to assist our customers.
